CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Senior Jimmy Panozzo (Carl Sandburg HS, Orland Park, Ill.) picked up his 20^th win of the season on Friday, January 15 but Augustana dropped a 32-6 decision to 14^th ranked Coe in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Panozzo, who works at 125 pounds hit a career milestone as well after he defeated Jan Rosenberg 7-5 at 125 pounds.
 
Panozzo, who hit the 100 victory mark last weekend at the NWCA national dual tournament in Fort Wayne, Indiana, moved into the Vikings' top 20 list for career wins after beating Rosenberg. Panozzo is now 101-47 in his career and he is tied with Mike Kerr (101-77 from 2003-07) for 20^th place. For the season he is 20-4.
 
Fellow senior David Tessiatore (Downers Grove North HS, Downers Grove, Ill.) was the only other winner for Augustana when he defeated Jake Voss 6-3 at 157 pounds. Tessiatore is now 12-11 on the year.
 
Augustana will compete in the Matman Invitational on Saturday, January 16 in Mt. Vernon, Iowa.
