th ranked Carthage 3-1 in College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin volleyball action on Tuesday, October 21 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The Vikings dropped the first set 25-18 before rallying for a 25-20 win in the second. Carthage took the third 25-8 and the fourth 25-18.

Martha Murray (Evanston HS, Evanston, Ill.) led Augustana on offense with 10 kills and she had eight digs and an assisted block. Senior
Dory Dudley (Tremont HS, Tremont, Ill.) put away seven kills with two assisted blocks while sophomore
Nicole Morrissey (Lake Zurich HS, Lake Zurich, Ill.) and senior
Hailee Brayton (St. Bede Academy, LaSalle, Ill.) each had six kills. Brayton picked up four assisted block and a dig while Morrissey had one assisted block and one dig.
Sophomore
Hannah Lindaman (North Scott HS, Eldridge, Iowa) led the team in setting assists with 17 and had 12 digs and three service aces. Junior
Jordan Hampel (Hilliard-Davidson HS, Hilliard, Ohio) had 14 assists, eight digs and a service ace.
Junior
Kylie Siebert (Kaneland HS, Sugar Grove, Ill.) had a team high 16 digs with four setting assists.
Carthage, 23-2 overall, got 15 kills and three blocking assists from Rachel Fields and 10 kills and two blocking assists from Bria Hailey. Setter Karen Chin recorded 41 assists for the Lady Reds.
Augustana, now 18-8 overall and 2-3 in the CCIW, will play North Park in the CCIW contest on October 24 and then face St. Mary's in a non-conference match. Both matches will be played in Chicago on the North Park campus.
