Mike Pettis

Mike Pettis began his coaching career for the men’s track & field program in the fall of 2009 after his graduation from Augustana. Mike graduated cum laude with degrees in business administration and speech communication. He works primarily with the hurdle and sprint events. 
 
Pettis was a four year letter-winner and CCIW all-conference performer for the Vikings from 2005 to 2009. He is a native of Davenport, Iowa where resides with his wife Molly and daughters Mae and Elle.  Pettis also serves as Associate Director of Admissions & Intercollegiate Athletics at Augustana.
